– Two or three bedroom villa

270 sq/m

The Mayor Villas are placed along the waterfront, overlooking the lake and stream. With an amazing indoor/outdoor flow, the villa is a large open plan living design with a private covered deck, enough room for an outdoor fireplace. The large butlers pantry is an added feature and the media room on the south side of the house would make a perfect room for quiet movie watching or be converted to a 3rd bedroom or art drawing room. A well sought after design.
